Week 17
Return to the Chocolate Factory!!! I made truffles and another thing that I forget the name of. First I rolled the insides of the truffle, then I dip it in the chocolate, then I but it in a bowl full of my toppings, and then I put them in the fridge. I also got the same instructor as last time, Orlando, and he was really funny. I saw the burning of the devil! It was so loud and I got hit with pieces of firecracker which really hurt, but then we went to my favorite pizza place in Antigua. La Toscana! They have an amazing hawaiian pizza. The devil was sitting on Donald Trump’s head! It kind of looked like him.
hay Niko i mss you so much! yesterday i won a hokey game 2-0 and was missing you so much. also can you tell me when you are getting home? i want to invite you to a Christmas break party.
