Super sorry this came out so late:(! I went to a beach house!!! It had a thatched roof! The sea was very salty and sandy, and the waves were very big! We went to see the baby turtles, but there were none. Then I went to a cool island and rented a room! There was a swing and a hammock. There was swimming! There was a 30 foot jumping place that was really cool, and it was fun to swim over the waves. There was also a really good hot chocolate place. My grandparents are here!!!!! They came here on Wednesday! They brought some parts for my costume, some cookies, and so much fun! We went to the crepe place with them, and they really enjoyed it!

Niko, I'm sorry you missed out on the baby turtles. I bet they would have been cute (but not warm and cuddly)! When your Mom was in college, she and I went to Costa Rica and we saw the v large mother turtles laying their eggs on the Pacific coast. I'm so happy that Papa and Grandma Turell are visiting you and please say hi to them. Gamma Dugan
